Responsável por operar, manter e reparar maquinário agrícola utilizado no plantio, cultivo, colheita e processamento de produtos agrícolas. Este profissional garante o funcionamento eficiente e seguro das máquinas, contribuindo para a otimização dos processos agrícolas e a maximização da produção

RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Operar uma variedade de equipamentos agrícolas, incluindo tratores, colheitadeiras, plantadeiras, pulverizadores, entre outros.
  • Realizar inspeções diárias: óleo, combustível, filtro, pneus, água do radiador.
  • Manter a máquina limpa e conservada após o uso.
  • Entender o básico sobre motor, transmissão, hidráulica e eletrônica das máquinas.
  • Saber identificar ruídos, falhas ou sinais de problemas. Comunicar falhas ou irregularidades nos equipamentos à liderança;
  • Seguir as orientações técnicas de plantio, velocidade e profundidade;
  • Ajustar plantadeiras, pulverizadores e distribuidores para aplicação correta de sementes, defensivos ou fertilizantes.
  • Monitorar as condições de operação do maquinário, identificando e reportando problemas técnicos imediatamente.
  • Registrar dados operacionais, incluindo áreas cultivadas, volumes de produção e consumo de insumos.
  • Cumprir todas as normas de segurança, incluindo o uso adequado de equipamentos de proteção individual (EPI), reportando quaisquer problemas de segurança ou riscos em suas atividades.
  • Cumprir as diretrizes e cronogramas estabelecidos para cada safra, garantindo a realização das tarefas dentro dos prazos estipulados.
  • Participar ativamente da organização da Semana Interna de Prevenção de Acidentes de Trabalho (SIPATR), em conformidade com as normas regulamentadoras aplicáveis ao setor agrícola.
  • Participar de programas de treinamento e desenvolvimento para aprimorar as habilidades e conhecimentos relacionados às atividades de sua área.
  • Colaborar com outros membros da equipe de campo e seguir as instruções dos supervisores para garantir a eficiência e qualidade das operações agrícolas.
  • Desenvolver outras atividades correlatas à sua função, de acordo com as solicitações de seus superiores.
  • Zelar pelos bens patrimoniais, preservando os equipamentos, mobiliários e demais recursos disponibilizados pela Hervalense.
