Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional para atuar como Comprador Jr., integrando nosso time de Compras Indiretas em SP.

Venha conhecer mais do GHT e se apaixonar pela nossa cultura. Ficaremos felizes em te receber no nosso time!Responsabilidades e atribuições· Realizar cotações de preços com fornecedores, garantindo comparação justa entre propostas e aderência às especificações solicitadas;

· Conduzir negociações de prazos, preços, condições comerciais e níveis de serviço, buscando saving, otimização de custos e manutenção da qualidade exigida pela empresa;

· Emitir pedidos de compra no sistema corporativo conforme solicitações aprovadas, seguindo os fluxos internos e a matriz de alçadas;

· Acompanhar o status de entrega dos pedidos junto aos fornecedores, garantindo que o requisitante seja informado sobre qualquer atualização, atraso ou divergência;

· Assegurar o cumprimento correto do processo desde a compra até o abastecimento do estoque e/ou entrega ao solicitante, atuando junto ao almoxarifado e logística quando necessário;

· Atualizar e manter registros de compras, contratos, itens negociados e cadastro de fornecedores no sistema/ rede;

· Apoiar no processo de avaliação de desempenho de fornecedores (SRM), levantando dados de entrega, qualidade, atendimento e preços;

· Colaborar com áreas internas como Almoxarifado, Financeiro, Fiscal, Logística, TI e requisitantes para garantir fluxo eficiente e cumprimento dos prazos;

· Organizar e manter toda a documentação da área (cotações, comparativos, análises e contratos) de forma estruturada em local apropriado, garantindo rastreabilidade e compliance com políticas internas;

· Apoiar na construção de mapas de cotação, análises item a item e comparativos entre fornecedores para tomada de decisão.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Médio completo; Desejável conhecimento em rotinas administrativas ou de compras (preferencialmente em compras indiretas ou suprimentos gerais).
