Estamos iniciando uma nova operação em Bauru, em parceria com a CLARO, uma das maiores marcas de telecomunicações do país, levando soluções de conectividade, telefonia e serviços digitais para empresas da região.Buscamos profissionais que gostem de vendas, tenham perfil comercial e sejam movidos por conquistas, desafios, resultados e pela construção de novos negócios.Aqui, você terá autonomia para atuar na prospecção e desenvolvimento de clientes, fazendo parte de uma operação em expansão e com oportunidade de crescimento.A principal missão do CONSULTOR COMERCIAL EXTERNO será a de conquistar novos clientes, desenvolver oportunidades de negócio e ampliar a presença do Grupo HS no mercado corporativo, por meio da comercialização de soluções de mobilidade, banda larga, conectividade e serviços digitais do portfólio Claro Empresas, contribuindo para o atingimento das metas comerciais e o crescimento sustentável da receita.Se você tem perfil comercial, gosta de prospecção e se motiva por metas e resultados, queremos conhecer você!Responsabilidades e atribuições•Prospectar novos clientes empresariais por meio de ações de prospecção ativa de novos clientes, contatos ativos, networking e geração de demanda.•Gerenciar o relacionamento com os clientes conquistados, identificando oportunidades de expansão comercial.•Identificar necessidades e oportunidades para comercialização das soluções disponíveis no portfólio Claro Empresas.•Realizar visitas comerciais presenciais e reuniões remotas com empresas e tomadores de decisão.•Elaborar, apresentar e negociar propostas comerciais, observando as condições e políticas comerciais vigentes.•Conduzir negociações com foco em conversão, fechamento e geração de resultados.•Desenvolver estratégias para ampliação da receita e comercialização de soluções complementares.•Manter o funil de vendas atualizado, acompanhando as oportunidades em todas as etapas do processo comercial.•Construir relacionamentos comerciais sólidos e duradouros com clientes e potenciais clientes.•Atuar de forma consultiva, compreendendo as necessidades dos negócios e apresentando soluções aderentes a cada realidade.•Acompanhar os resultados individuais e executar ações para cumprimento das metas estabelecidas.Requisitos e qualificações•Ensino Superior Completo (desejável).•CNH B (indispensável).•Veículo Próprio (indispensável).•Forte perfil comercial, com iniciativa e habilidade para prospectar e conquistar novos clientes.•Capacidade de negociação, argumentação e fechamento de vendas. •Orientação para metas, produtividade e resultados.•Visão comercial estratégica e abordagem consultiva.•Proatividade, protagonismo e senso de urgência.•Capacidade de identificar oportunidades de expansão de negócios.•Boa comunicação, influência e relacionamento interpessoal.•Resiliência e adaptabilidade em ambientes comerciais competitivos.•Organização e disciplina na gestão de oportunidades e atividades comerciais.Informações adicionaisRemuneração Fixa: R$3.300,00 (salário + mínimo garantido)Remuneração variável de R$2.000,00 mediante o atingimento de 100% das metas;Vale Refeição: R$400,00;Auxílio Combustível: R$500,00;Assistência médica UNIMED e/ou Conexa Saúde: plataforma de telemedicina;Convênio odontológico;Seguro de vida;Parceria com o SESC;Convênio com farmácia;Wellhub
