Estamos iniciando uma nova operação em Bauru, em parceria com a CLARO, uma das maiores marcas de telecomunicações do país, levando soluções de conectividade, telefonia e serviços digitais para empresas da região.

Buscamos profissionais que gostem de vendas, tenham perfil comercial e sejam movidos por conquistas, desafios, resultados e pela construção de novos negócios.

Aqui, você terá autonomia para atuar na prospecção e desenvolvimento de clientes, fazendo parte de uma operação em expansão e com oportunidade de crescimento.

A principal missão do CONSULTOR COMERCIAL INTERNO será atuar na prospecção e qualificação de clientes empresariais por meio de contatos telefônicos e canais digitais, identificando necessidades e oportunidades comerciais para as soluções do portfólio Claro Empresas. Gerar oportunidades qualificadas e agendamentos para a equipe de vendas, contribuindo para a conquista de novos clientes, o aumento da produtividade comercial e o crescimento das vendas do Grupo HS.

Se você tem perfil comercial, gosta de prospecção e se motiva por metas e resultados, queremos conhecer você!Responsabilidades e atribuições•Realizar contatos ativos com empresas para prospecção de novos clientes.•Identificar necessidades, oportunidades de vendas e potenciais demandas por soluções empresariais.•Apresentar, de forma objetiva e consultiva, as soluções disponíveis no portfólio Claro Empresas.•Qualificar leads conforme os critérios comerciais estabelecidos e direcionar oportunidades à equipe de vendas.•Agendar reuniões e visitas comerciais para os vendedores externos.•Registrar e atualizar contatos, interações e oportunidades no CRM e nos sistemas corporativos.•Realizar follow-up dos contatos e das oportunidades comerciais, conforme as orientações do processo de vendas.•Desenvolver relacionamento com potenciais clientes e apoiar a evolução das oportunidades identificadas.•Apoiar campanhas de prospecção, geração de demanda e demais ações comerciais.•Trabalhar de forma integrada com a equipe externa, contribuindo para a conversão das oportunidades em vendas.•Cumprir as metas de contatos, produtividade, qualificação de leads e geração de oportunidades.•Zelar pela qualidade das informações registradas e pelo cumprimento dos procedimentos internos.Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior completo ou cursando (desejável); Experiência mínima de 6 meses com vendas e prospecção ativa de clientes PME, preferencialmente no segmento de telecomunicação e serviços;

Técnicas de atendimento, abordagem e vendas por telefone. Prospecção e qualificação de leads. Comunicação, argumentação e contorno de objeções. Organização e gestão de atividades. Utilização de CRM e ferramentas digitais. Relacionamento com clientes e trabalho em equipe. Identificação de oportunidades comerciais. Orientação para metas, produtividade e resultados.
