Estamos em busca de um(a) Assistente Financeiro para fortalecer nosso time, contribuindo para a eficiência dos processos financeiros e apoiando a gerencia em tomada de decisões estratégicas do grupo.

Principais Atividades

  • Realizar a conciliação bancária diária (D-1) de todas as contas bancárias do grupo por meio do sistema de gestão.
  • Conferir e efetuar as baixas de recebimentos e pagamentos registrados no sistema.
  • Validar os saldos bancários, garantindo a conformidade entre as movimentações financeiras e os registros sistêmicos.
  • Conferir saldo inicial, entradas, saídas e saldo final de cada conta após a conclusão da conciliação.
  • Arquivar os movimentos financeiros e manter a documentação organizada para consultas e auditorias.
  • Garantir que o saldo final registrado no sistema esteja integralmente conciliado com o saldo apresentado nos extratos bancários.
  • Identificar, analisar e reportar inconsistências ou divergências entre os registros financeiros e os extratos bancários, apoiando sua regularização junto às áreas responsáveis.
  • Assegurar a confiabilidade das informações financeiras por meio da execução precisa, organizada e dentro dos prazos estabelecidos.
  • Apoiar a equipe financeira nas rotinas de fechamento e controle financeiro, sempre que necessário.
  • Cumprir os procedimentos internos e contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos financeiros.

Requisitos

  • Ensino Superior completo ou cursando em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência prévia em rotinas financeiras, preferencialmente com conciliação bancária.
  • Conhecimento em conciliação bancária, contas a pagar e contas a receber.
  • Excel intermediário.
  • Facilidade para trabalhar com grande volume de informações e múltiplas contas bancárias.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência no segmento da saúde.
  • Conhecimento no sistema Emultec Sys, Pronto Solf ou Tasy
  • Conhecimento em Power BI ou ferramentas de análise de dados.
  • Vivência em grupos empresariais com múltiplos CNPJs.
