. Acompanhar as auditorias e fiscalizações relacionadas a segurança do trabalho;. Ter disponibilidade de residir de segunda a sexta em Sirinhaem. Responsabilidades e atribuições Coordenar as atividades e a equipe de Segurança do Trabalho da obra. Elaborar, implementar e acompanhar o planejamento de Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho. Assegurar o atendimento às Normas Regulamentadoras aplicáveis, especialmente NR-01, NR-05, NR-06, NR-07, NR-10, NR-12, NR-18, NR-23, NR-24, NR-33 e NR-35. Garantir a atualização, implementação e integração do PGR, PCMSO, LTCAT, APRs, Permissões de Trabalho e demais documentos legais. Realizar inspeções periódicas nas frentes de serviço, alojamentos, áreas de apoio, equipamentos, instalações provisórias e atividades executadas por terceiros. Coordenar os procedimentos de liberação de atividades críticas, como trabalho em altura, escavações, movimentação de cargas, instalações elétricas, espaços confinados e operação de máquinas. Planejar e acompanhar DDS, treinamentos legais, integrações de novos colaboradores, campanhas de prevenção e SIPAT. Avaliar previamente a documentação de Segurança do Trabalho das empresas contratadas e acompanhar sua mobilização e permanência na obra. Monitorar o fornecimento, controle, utilização e substituição de EPIs e EPCs. Investigar acidentes, incidentes e quase acidentes, identificando causas e coordenando os respectivos planos de ação. Acompanhar indicadores de segurança, incluindo frequência e gravidade de acidentes, desvios, inspeções, treinamentos e cumprimento dos planos de ação. Preparar relatórios gerenciais e apresentar periodicamente os resultados à Gerência da Obra e à Diretoria. Acompanhar fiscalizações, auditorias internas e externas e perícias relacionadas à Segurança do Trabalho. Apoiar o cumprimento das obrigações de SST no eSocial. Participar das reuniões de planejamento e produção, buscando incorporar os requisitos de segurança ao planejamento das atividades. Atuar de forma preventiva junto aos engenheiros, mestres, encarregados, fornecedores e empreiteiros. Estabelecer procedimentos de emergência, abandono de área e atendimento a acidentes. Promover uma cultura de segurança baseada em prevenção, disciplina operacional, orientação e responsabilidade compartilhada.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência de 10 anos na atuação como técnico em segurança do trabalho em atividades relacionadas a construção civil;
