¿De qué se trata este cargo?

  • Responsable de la recepción, almacenaje, control de stock y mantenimiento de las unidades vehiculares del Grupo Kaufmann, para así asegurar la disponibilidad de unidades vehiculares para la venta.

¿Cuáles son las principales funciones?

  • Responsable de realizar el proceso logístico relacionado a venta de unidades (desde la recepción hasta la entrega a clientes), registrando los movimientos de vehículos en los distintos sistema de control interno, generando los respaldos y emisión de documentación de entrada y salida, documentos contables, dando cumplimiento de normas internas y externas, para así mantener el control eficiente de los vehículos al interior de la sucursal.
  • Asegurar el buen funcionamiento y correcta limpieza de unidades nuevas, usadas, consignaciones, retomas, resciliaciones, incautados, leasing, cortesías y demo en cuanto a la carga de combustible/eléctrica, baterías, revisiones técnicas, pautas de inspección, acciones de fabrica, mantenciones respectivas.
  • Administrar la operación de préstamos de llaves, placas provisoria y bolsos de herramientas dentro de la sucursal, y registrar sus movimientos por sistema interno.
  • Coordinar el traslado de vehículos en la sucursal, Inter sucursal, Centro Logístico Kaufmann (CLK), maestranzas, controlando el cumplimiento del procedimiento de traslado y haciendo seguimiento de las reparaciones con proveedores fuera de la sucursal, con el objetivo de tener a tiempo la disponibilidad de vehículos para la venta.
  • Coordinar el proceso de lavado de las unidades recibidas y posteriormente realizar el proceso de entrega de vehículos a clientes en conjunto con el área de ventas de la sucursal, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad del Grupo Kaufmann.
  • Realizar los procesos relacionados con Retomas, Peritajes y Resciliaciones con Servicio Técnico con el fin, de tener disponibles las unidades para su venta.
  • Administrar el flujo de unidades de vitrina, solicitando el recambio respectivo al área Comercial y resguardado el orden y condiciones óptimas de las vitrinas de unidades.

Requisitos

¿Qué esperamos de la persona que ocupe este rol?

  • Técnico en Logística, Ingeniería en Logística.
  • 2 a 3 años de experiencia en el área Logística
  • Deseable Microsoft Office nivel Intermedio.
  • Licencia de conducir profesional clase B vigente.
  • Deseable conocimiento de producto automotriz.
  • Deseable conocimiento ERP SAP.
