Responsável por coordenar e supervisionar as atividades da equipe de salão, garantindo a qualidade do atendimento, a organização do ambiente e a satisfação dos clientes. Realizar a distribuição de tarefas, acompanhar o desempenho da equipe, orientar colaboradores, solucionar situações do dia a dia e assegurar o cumprimento dos padrões de atendimento e procedimentos da empresa.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Horário:Escala 6x1, com disponibilidade de horário:· Domingo a quinta-feira: 16h00 às 00h20 (1h20 de intervalo)· Sexta e sábado: 17h00 às 01h20 (1h20 de intervalo)Remuneração:Salário fixo: R$ 2.049,50 + participação em gorjetas conforme regras sindicaisMédia de ganhos mensais: R$ 3.500,00 a R$ 4.500,00 (bruto)Os valores podem variar conforme gorjetas, assiduidade e desempenho da unidade.Benefícios:· Vale transporte· Alimentação no local (com coparticipação do colaborador)· Auxílio mercado: R$ 110,00/mês· Após período de experiência: assistência médica, odontológica e convênio farmáciaAtividades:· Gestão de pessoas e equipes de salão· Elaboração de escala de trabalho e controle de horários, pontualidade e desempenho· Planejamento do salão (posicionamento de praças e estratégias de operação)· Verificação do funcionamento de equipamentos e sistemas da unidade· Monitoramento da qualidade do atendimento· Conferência de reservas de clientes· Abertura e fechamento de caixa· Inspeção de uniformes da equipe· Apoio no fechamento de contas dos clientes· Solução de situações adversas com clientes· Garantia do cumprimento dos padrões e processos de qualidade· Realização de checklists operacionais· Atendimento ao público e acompanhamento do fluxo do salão· Organização e alinhamento contínuo da equipe
