Responsável por liderar e supervisionar as atividades do setor de confeitaria, garantindo a qualidade, padronização e produtividade da produção. Coordenar a equipe, organizar processos, acompanhar o preparo dos produtos, controlar estoque e desperdícios, assegurando o cumprimento das receitas, fichas técnicas e normas de segurança alimentar.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Horário de TrabalhoEscala 6x1, das 06h00 às 14h20, com 1 hora de intervalo.Disponibilidade para eventuais ajustes de horário, conforme a necessidade da operação.RemuneraçãoSalário fixo de R$ 2.035,00 + gorjetas;Ganhos médios mensais de R$ 3.500,00 a R$ 4.500,00 bruto, podendo variar de acordo com o desempenho, assiduidade e valor do rateio de gorjetas.Principais ResponsabilidadesSupervisionar, orientar e acompanhar a equipe de confeitaria, distribuindo as atividades conforme a demanda de produção;Planejar e acompanhar a produção diária, garantindo o cumprimento de prazos, volumes e padrões estabelecidos;Executar e supervisionar a produção de bolos, tortas, doces, sobremesas, recheios, coberturas e demais produtos de confeitaria;Garantir a padronização de receitas, pesos, medidas, montagem, acabamento e apresentação dos produtos;Acompanhar a qualidade dos produtos em todas as etapas do processo produtivo;Controlar o uso de matérias-primas, visando à redução de perdas e desperdícios;Acompanhar estoque, validade e armazenamento adequado dos insumos;Identificar a necessidade de reposição de matérias-primas e insumos;Garantir o cumprimento das normas de higiene, segurança alimentar e Boas Práticas de Manipulação;Zelar pela organização, limpeza e conservação do setor, equipamentos e utensílios;Orientar e treinar novos colaboradores;Acompanhar o desempenho da equipe e contribuir para o desenvolvimento dos profissionais;Apoiar a criação, desenvolvimento e padronização de novos produtos e receitas;Realizar e acompanhar testes de receitas e novos produtos;Conferir a qualidade, acabamento e apresentação dos produtos antes da exposição ou envio ao cliente;Comunicar à liderança da unidade eventuais problemas relacionados à produção, qualidade ou disponibilidade de insumos;Contribuir para o controle de custos e redução de desperdícios;Zelar pela correta utilização e conservação dos equipamentos e utensílios do setor.
