Responsabilidades e atribuições Horário de TrabalhoEscala 6x1, das 14h00 às 22h20, com 1 hora de intervalo.RemuneraçãoSalário fixo + participação no rateio de gorjetas;Ganhos médios mensais de R$ 3.000,00 a R$ 3.500,00 bruto;A remuneração poderá variar conforme o desempenho, assiduidade e valor do rateio de gorjetas da unidade.Principais ResponsabilidadesPreparar doces, bolos, sobremesas e demais produtos de confeitaria, seguindo receitas e padrões estabelecidos;Garantir a qualidade, sabor, textura, acabamento e apresentação dos produtos;Executar as etapas de preparo, montagem, recheio, decoração e finalização das produções;Seguir fichas técnicas, procedimentos e padrões de produção estabelecidos pela empresa;Auxiliar no desenvolvimento, teste e padronização de novas receitas;Contribuir para a atualização do cardápio e desenvolvimento de produtos sazonais;Realizar o correto armazenamento e conservação das matérias-primas e produtos;Controlar o uso de ingredientes e insumos, contribuindo para a redução de perdas e desperdícios;Zelar pela organização, limpeza e conservação do ambiente, equipamentos e utensílios do setor;Cumprir as normas de higiene, segurança alimentar e Boas Práticas de Manipulação;Utilizar corretamente os equipamentos de proteção individual (EPIs);Comunicar à liderança eventuais problemas relacionados à produção, qualidade ou disponibilidade de insumos;Contribuir para a organização e cumprimento da programação diária de produção.
