Responsável pelo preparo e produção de pães e demais produtos de panificação, seguindo receitas, fichas técnicas e padrões de qualidade da empresa. Garantir a qualidade dos produtos, organização e limpeza do setor, controle de ingredientes e cumprimento das normas de higiene e segurança alimentar.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Horário de TrabalhoEscala 6x1, das 06h00 às 14h20, com 1 hora de intervalo.Disponibilidade para eventuais ajustes de horário, conforme a necessidade da operação.RemuneraçãoSalário fixo de R$ 2.035,00 + gorjetas;Ganhos médios mensais de R$ 3.000,00 a R$ 3.500,00 bruto, podendo variar conforme desempenho, assiduidade e valor do rateio de gorjetas.Principais ResponsabilidadesPreparar e produzir diferentes tipos de massas, pães e demais produtos de panificação;Realizar a pesagem, mistura e preparação dos ingredientes, conforme receitas e fichas técnicas;Executar os processos de sova, desenvolvimento, descanso e fermentação das massas;Dividir, pesar, modelar e porcionar as massas de acordo com os padrões estabelecidos;Preparar pães, salgados, massas doces e demais produtos de panificação;Acompanhar o processo de fermentação, realizando os ajustes necessários conforme as características de cada produto;Operar fornos e demais equipamentos utilizados no processo produtivo;Controlar temperatura e tempo de forneamento, garantindo o padrão de qualidade dos produtos;Assegurar a qualidade, sabor, textura, peso, acabamento e apresentação dos produtos;Organizar a produção de acordo com a programação diária;Cumprir as receitas, fichas técnicas e padrões estabelecidos pela empresa;Controlar o consumo de matérias-primas, contribuindo para a redução de perdas e desperdícios;Verificar a validade, conservação e armazenamento adequado dos ingredientes;Comunicar à liderança a necessidade de reposição de insumos;Manter o setor de produção limpo, organizado e higienizado;Realizar a limpeza e conservação dos equipamentos e utensílios utilizados;Cumprir as normas de higiene, segurança alimentar e Boas Práticas de Manipulação;Identificar e comunicar eventuais problemas relacionados às massas, fermentação, forneamento ou qualidade dos produtos;Contribuir para a padronização e melhoria contínua dos processos de produção.
