Estamos buscando um(a) ASSISTENTE DE CONTRATOS para integrar nosso time!

📋 Suas principais atividades: ** **Gestão de Documentação e Suporte na Gestão de Contratos:

  • Triagem, conferência e organização de documentos de colaboradores (físicos e digitais);
  • Emissão de documentos e relatórios em sistemas diversos;
  • Preparo e envio de documentação para ateste/pagamento de Notas Fiscais;
  • Controle e formulação de planilhas diversas;
  • Lançamento e controle de processos via Fusion;
  • Suporte/apoio à equipe em demandas diversas;
  • Envio de correspondências físicas/eletrônicas;
  • Organização e arquivamento de documentos físicos dos contratos;
  • Outras atividades inerentes à Gestão de Contratos e Documentação.

Outras possíveis atribuições:

  • Apoio na gestão de contratos de fornecedores;
  • Preenchimento de planilhas;
  • Lançamento e controle de processos via Fusion;
  • Suporte à equipe em demandas diversas;
  • Envio de correspondências;
  • Conferência e preparo de documentações para envio aos clientes e fornecedores;
  • Organização e arquivamento de documentos físicos dos contratos.

💡 Competências desejadas:

  • Proatividade e organização;
  • Facilidade de comunicação e resolução de problemas;
  • Criatividade para buscar novas soluções e disposição para "colocar a mão na massa".

📌 Requisitos:

  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Experiência na função não é obrigatória, mas será um diferencial;
  • Conhecimento em Excel ou Google Sheets
  • Disponibilidade para início imediato.

🕒 Horário: Segunda a Sexta, das 08h às 12h e das 13h40 às 18h

📍 Local: Bairro Nossa Senhora do Rosário, São José

💰 Salário: R$ 2.235,43
