Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSuporte técnico N1: Resolver incidentes e problemas conforme impacto ao negócio e SLAs estabelecidos;Manutenção: Apoiar na montagem, manutenção e monitoramento de todos os ativos vigentes da TI.Servidores: Apoiar no monitoramento e manutenção de servidores físicos e virtuais (Windows e/ou Linux, VMWare e/ou Hyper-V);Redes: Apoiar no monitoramento e manutenção de switches, roteadores, firewall, VPNs, Wi-Fi, VLANs;Segurança: Apoiar no monitoramento e manutenção de políticas de acesso e antivírus, patches e atualizações;Backup: Apoiar no monitoramento de rotinas de backup;Monitoramento: Apoiar nos monitoramentos diários da TI agindo de forma proativa sobre gargalos e alertas;Gestão de usuários e acessos: Apoiar os analistas nas ferramentas de active directory, Entra ID, grupos, permissões, e-mails corporativos, Microsoft 365, Sharepoint e seus respectivos licenciamentos;Automação: Apoiar na criação de scripts para otimização de tarefas (PowerShell, Phyton);Documentações: Atualizar/manter diagramas, inventários, procedimentos, políticas e solicitações de mudança devidamente atualizadas e aplicáveis;Mudanças e Projetos: Apoiar no planejamento e execução de implantações, mudanças e projetos com eficácia e mitigação de impactos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação:Ensino médio completo + Técnico em TI ou Técnico em eletrônica ou outro técnico relacionado a área de TI;Superior em andamento (cursando) - diferencial; Conhecimento:Vivência na área de tecnologia;
