Essa pessoa também terá atuação integrada à controladoria, contribuindo para a análise de resultados, acompanhamento de indicadores, gestão de custos e geração de informações gerenciais que apoiem a tomada de decisão.Procuramos um(a) profissional com perfil analítico, atenção aos detalhes e visão de negócio, capaz de integrar informações contábeis e gerenciais, identificar oportunidades de melhoria e contribuir para o aprimoramento dos controles e processos internos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAqui no Grupo Londres seu desafio é focado em cuidado e excelência:Apoiar projetos de implantação e melhoria de sistemas ERP;Elaborar e analisar demonstrações financeiras;Realizar fechamento contábil mensal (balanço e resultado);Efetuar classificação e revisão contábil;Realizar conciliações de contas patrimoniais e de resultado;Controlar e acompanhar ativos e imobilizados;Garantir conformidade com normas contábeis (incluindo IFRS);Apoiar processos de auditoria interna e externa;Atuar na integração de informações com escritório contábil externo;Propor melhorias e automação de processos contábeis;Liderar a elaboração e acompanhamento do orçamento (budget); Realizar consolidação de resultados e análises gerenciais;Desenvolver e monitorar indicadores de performance (KPIs);Atuar no processo de pricing e análise de rentabilidade;Apoiar na gestão e análise de custos;Garantir a integração e consistência entre dados gerenciais e contábeis;Acompanhar e validar informações da contabilidade externa;Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e apresentações executivas;Monitorar a efetividade dos controles internos;Interagir com áreas operacionais, apoiando a tomada de decisão.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que buscamos em você: Graduação em Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas;Experiência em contabilidade, controladoria, ou finanças e experiência prévia como Analista; Classificação contábil, fechamento de balanço, resultado mensal, conciliações contábeis, ativo imobilizado;Conhecimento sólido em legislação tributária;Domínio avançado do Pacote Office (principalmente Excel);Consolidação de resultados;Orçamento e planejamento financeiro;Análise de performance e KPIs;Pricing e estruturação e análise de custos.
