Mecânico D- Banco de Talentos.

Responsabilidades:

Realizar manutenções preventivas, reparos primários, pouco complexos e muito previsíveis de veículos médios e pesados.

Auxiliar na execução dos serviços com supervisão e dentro das especificações do fabricante, evitando erros e consequentemente, um retorno de serviços: inspeção e manutenção preventiva nos veículos, conforme planos de manutenção: Revisão Assentamento, Revisão de Entrega;

Obs: Revisão Lubrificação, Revisão MP1 e Revisão MP2, somente trocas dos óleos, filtros e lubrificação geral do veículo, demais itens do Check List a ser verificado e executado, caso necessário, somente devem auxiliar sua execução;

Responsável pelas trocas de óleo lubrificantes – motor, caixa de mudanças e redução eixo traseiro e troca dos filtros lubrificantes e lubrificação geral do veículo – quinta roda, chassis, suspensão cabine e chassis e dos reguladores automáticos com eixo s-came;

Remover, instalar ou substituir com supervisão, componentes do sistema de transmissão, tais como: câmbios, cardã, cruzetas, embreagens, cubo de roda, etc.

Remover, instalar ou substituir com supervisão, componentes do sistema de direção e suspensão, tais como: Barra transversal e intermediária de direção, setor de direção, manga de eixo, coluna de direção, amortecedores, coxins, buchas em geral, etc.

Ajustar, reparar quando necessário e substituir com supervisão, componentes dos sistemas de frenagem, utilizando ferramentas e instrumentos apropriados para recondicionar o equipamento e assegurar seu funcionamento regular, o que inclui: lonas e pastilhas de freio, tambores, mangueiras e ajustadores automáticos.

Substituir ou realizar reparos de baixa complexidade em componentes mecânicos em geral, com supervisão, como: para lamas, retrovisores, limpadores de para brisa, estribos, para choques, etc.

É responsável pelo descarte de embalagens vazias e componentes danificados, bem como pelo controle de peças e conjuntos trocados em garantia, visando preservar estes componentes para avaliação posterior;

Fazer Check List utilizando o método sete tempos;

Lavar, organizar e manter limpo rampas de troca de óleo e dos Box depois de finalizados os reparos;

Outras atividades correlatas a pedido de seu líder imediato;

Seguir todos os preceitos de segurança, saúde e meio ambiente;

Seguir e respeitar todas as políticas, normas e procedimentos da empresa.

Requisitos:

Ensino médio concluído;

Cnh B;

Experiência na área;

Disponibilidade de viagnes.
