Estamos Contratando: Supervisor Operacional (Facilities)

Buscamos uma liderança de campo dinâmica, com perfil resolutivo, excelente relacionamento interpessoal com clientes corporativos e sólida experiência na gestão de contratos de prestação de serviços (mão de obra terceirizada). Responsabilidades e Atribuições

  • Liderar e desenvolver equipes operacionais em campo (encarregados, líderes de posto e profissionais de facilities), coordenando escalas, férias e treinamentos.
  • Realizar visitas técnicas e inspeções periódicas nos clientes para garantir que os serviços sigam rigorosamente o escopo contratado (SLAs).
  • Atuar como o ponto focal de atendimento aos fiscais de contrato dos clientes, garantindo a satisfação e atuando na retenção da carteira (pós-venda).
  • Gerenciar e mitigar os índices de absenteísmo (faltas e atrasos), acionando rapidamente equipes reservas (folguistas) para evitar postos descobertos.
  • Auditar e aprovar mensalmente as folhas de ponto, o controle de horas extras e as planilhas de medição de serviços de cada contrato.
  • Fiscalizar a entrega, o armazenamento e o consumo consciente de materiais de limpeza, EPIs e uniformes, mantendo os custos alinhados ao orçamento.
  • Coordenar o processo de implantação (start) de novos contratos em campo (alocação de equipes, maquinários e insumos iniciais).

Requisitos e Qualificações

  • Ensino Superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Processos Gerenciais ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência comprovada na supervisão de equipes e contratos pulverizados no segmento de Facilities ou Terceirização de Mão de Obra.
  • Sólido conhecimento em rotinas operacionais e de departamento pessoal aplicadas a postos externos (escalas 12x36, 6x1, CLT e Normas Regulamentadoras).
  • Possuir CNH categoria B ativa e total disponibilidade para deslocamentos frequentes e viagens na região.
  • Excel em nível intermediário (para controle de planilhas de custos, insumos e escalas).
  • Perfil com forte liderança, foco no cliente, inteligência emocional para resolver conflitos sob pressão e "senso de dono".
