Estamos Contratando: Técnico de Segurança do Trabalho (Facilities)

Se você é um profissional preventivo, tem facilidade em dialogar com equipes operacionais, possui olhar atento para mitigação de riscos e quer atuar gerenciando a segurança de múltiplos postos de serviços (limpeza, portaria, manutenção), essa vaga é sua!

Responsabilidades e Atribuições

  • Realizar inspeções técnicas e auditorias periódicas de segurança nos postos de trabalho dos nossos clientes.
  • Identificar riscos ocupacionais, propor medidas corretivas e garantir o cumprimento das Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs).
  • Determinar, especificar e fiscalizar o uso correto dos Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPIs) e Coletiva (EPCs), além de controlar rigorosamente as fichas de entrega.
  • Ministrar treinamentos de segurança obrigatórios (NR-06, NR-35, NR-10, entre outros) e orientar os Diálogos Diários de Segurança (DDS) junto aos encarregados.
  • Investigar e analisar causas de acidentes ou incidentes, emitir CAT quando necessário e desenhar planos de ação preventivos.
  • Dar suporte na elaboração e execução de documentos do setor (PGR, PCMSO) e apoiar no envio de eventos de SST para o eSocial.
  • Coordenar a implantação, eleição e treinamentos da CIPA ou designados nos postos de trabalho.

Requisitos e Qualificações

  • Curso Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho completo.
  • Registro ativo no Ministério do Trabalho e Emprego (MTE).
  • Experiência comprovada na função, preferencialmente nos segmentos de Facilities, Terceirização de Mão de Obra ou Construção Civil (com rotina de atendimento externo).
  • Sólido conhecimento das Normas Regulamentadoras (especialmente NR-01, NR-05, NR-06, NR-10, NR-32 e NR-35).
  • Noções básicas sobre o envio de dados de SST para o eSocial.
  • Possuir CNH categoria B ativa e total disponibilidade para deslocamentos frequentes na região.
  • Conhecimento em RSDATA Experiência em empresa de terceirização de mão de obra será um diferencial
  • Boa comunicação didática, firmeza nas orientações e postura resolutiva.
