The posting

Objetivo del puesto

Brindar soporte administrativo y operativo a la gestión de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional (SSO), asegurando el control documental, seguimiento de indicadores, cumplimiento legal y coordinación de actividades relacionadas con la prevención de riesgos laborales en la organización.

Funciones principales

  • Administrar y mantener actualizada la documentación de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional.
  • Dar seguimiento a permisos de trabajo, inspecciones, capacitaciones y evaluaciones de riesgo.
  • Controlar expedientes de colaboradores, contratistas y proveedores relacionados con requisitos de SSO.
  • Elaborar reportes e informes de indicadores de seguridad.
  • Registrar y dar seguimiento a incidentes, accidentes y acciones correctivas.
  • Coordinar programas de capacitación y campañas de seguridad ocupacional.
  • Apoyar en auditorías internas y externas de SSO.
  • Gestionar el inventario y control de equipo de protección personal (EPP).
  • Verificar el cumplimiento de requisitos legales y normativos aplicables.
  • Apoyar en la elaboración y actualización de políticas, procedimientos y matrices de riesgo.
  • Coordinar actividades de comités de salud y seguridad ocupacional.
  • Mantener bases de datos y registros estadísticos actualizados.

Requisitos

  • Estudios universitarios (deseables) en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Ambiental, Seguridad Industrial o carrera afín.
  • Deseable diplomado o certificación en Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional.
  • De 1 o más años de experiencia en puestos administrativos o de apoyo en Seguridad Industrial, Salud Ocupacional o Gestión de Riesgos.
  • Experiencia en manejo y control de documentación.
  • Deseable experiencia en elaboración de indicadores y reportes.

Conocimientos técnicos

  • Legislación de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional.
  • Gestión documental.
  • Investigación y registro de incidentes.
  • Elaboración de reportes e indicadores KPI.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel intermedio-avanzado).
  • Deseable conocimiento de normas ISO 45001.
