Responsabilidades e atribuições Quais serão seus desafios? Executar e acompanhar os fechamentos contábeis mensais, trimestrais e anuais da DTVM.Realizar análises, conciliações contábeis e elaboração de demonstrações financeiras.Garantir a conformidade dos registros contábeis com o COSIF, as normas do BACEN e os CPCs aplicáveis.Preparar e revisar informações e obrigações regulatórias destinadas ao BACEN.Participar dos processos de consolidação contábil e atender às auditorias internas e externas.Contribuir para o aprimoramento dos controles internos, a automação e a eficiência dos processos contábeis.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que esperamos de você? Graduação completa em Ciências Contábeis e registro ativo no CRC.Experiência em contabilidade de instituições financeiras.Conhecimento sólido em COSIF, regulamentação do BACEN e CPCs aplicáveis ao mercado financeiro.Experiência com fechamento e conciliação contábil, demonstrações financeiras e obrigações regulatórias do BACEN.Conhecimento em consolidação contábil e atendimento a auditorias.Excel avançado.Perfil analítico, organização, atenção aos detalhes e comprometimento com prazos.Boa comunicação, colaboração e capacidade de lidar com múltiplas demandas.

Será um diferencial se você tiver: Pós-graduação em Controladoria, Finanças, Mercado Financeiro ou Contabilidade para Instituições Financeiras.Experiência em DTVMs, bancos, corretoras, fintechs ou instituições de pagamento.Conhecimento em IFRS, US GAAP e inglês avançado.Experiência com sistemas ERP, Power BI, SQL, RPA ou ferramentas de automação.Vivência em projetos de transformação digital e aplicação de inteligência artificial em processos contábeis.
