ANALISTA JURÍDICO

DESCRIÇÃO DA VAGA

Responsável por auxiliar, de forma estratégica, na administração do contencioso trabalhista da empresa, garantindo uma gestão eficiente de processos judiciais e administrativos. Além disso, presta consultoria jurídica preventiva, auxiliando na elaboração de pareceres legais para mitigar riscos e assegurar a conformidade com a legislação trabalhista, assegurando o cumprimento das normas aplicáveis e contribuindo para a segurança jurídica.

RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES

  1. Auxiliar na gestão técnica do contencioso da empresa, englobando os processos trabalhistas, cíveis, tributários e administrativos, definindo as estratégias e garantindo resultados, inclusive para viabilizar a redução da contingência e construção de indicadores de performance;
  2. Apoio na contratação e gestão de escritórios terceirizados na condução de ações judiciais e procedimentos administrativos;
  3. Participação em audiências de conciliação e instrução;
  4. Apoio na elaboração de teses de defesa e tributárias de polo ativo, com o respectivo acompanhamento dos andamentos processuais;
  5. Avaliar e analisar, em conjunto com a coordenação, a conveniência e oportunidade de interposição de recurso em caso de decisões desfavoráveis à empresa, levando em conta, também, favores econômicos;
  6. Realização de consultas, com a elaboração de pareceres e opinião legal em relação a temas de interesse de clientes internos, a fim de evitar o ajuizamento de demandas processuais;
  7. Auxílio na implementação de medidas relacionadas à cobrança extrajudicial e judicial de clientes da Companhia;
  8. Subsidiar os escritórios parceiros com informações e documentos que lhes permitam apresentar uma defesa sólida e robusta;
  9. Desenvolver outras atividades de apoio ao Departamento Jurídico.

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES

Ensino superior completo em Direito

Desejável Pós-Graduação em Direito do Trabalho

Experiência em escritório de advocacia ou em Departamento Jurídico em atividades relacionadas ao Direito do Trabalho
