Job Description

Negociar el volumen de productos en todos los puntos de venta mediante la ampliación de cobertura para asegurar su disponibilidad para el consumidor y el cumplimiento de los objetivos de la compañía, posicionando los productos en los clientes y preservando los activos de la empresa.

Qualifications

  • Visitar a los clientes según el cronograma diario establecido, para fortalecer la relación comercial y asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de venta.
  • Ejecutar los procesos comerciales, tanto en la jornada matinal, vespertina o de procesos plus, siguiendo el plan de visitas definido por cada cliente para optimizar la cobertura y alcanzar las metas asignadas.
  • Ejecutar el EEFF, la instalación de góndolas principales y secundarias y la distribución de materiales POP en los puntos de venta para mejorar la exhibición y garantizar la visibilidad óptima de los productos.
  • Analizar y planificar la meta diaria en función de la cuota, clientes, cobertura y directrices establecidas para asegurar el cumplimiento de los indicadores de desempeño.
  • Enviar el cierre y la descarga de ventas del día, incluyendo volumen, cobertura, indicadores de RTM y digitales, así como orientaciones, para que el supervisor complete el proceso correctamente.
  • Registrar y actualizar el padrón de clientes en la zona asignada para la ruta.
  • Recopilar información clave del mercado de acuerdo con las necesidades de la compañía.
