Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar o atendimento aos clientes por diferentes canais, acompanhando pedidos e prestando suporte no pós-venda, a fim de garantir uma experiência de compra satisfatória;Acompanhar pedidos em plataformas de e-commerce e marketplaces, monitorando prazos, entregas e ocorrências, a fim de assegurar a correta execução das vendas;Gerenciar processos de trocas, devoluções, reembolsos e garantias, realizando os registros e encaminhamentos necessários, a fim de garantir a conformidade dos procedimentos e a satisfação dos clientes;Interagir com transportadoras, fornecedores e áreas internas para solucionar ocorrências relacionadas às entregas, a fim de promover soluções ágeis e eficazes;Registrar e atualizar informações em sistemas de atendimento, CRM e plataformas de vendas, a fim de assegurar a rastreabilidade das operações e dos atendimentos;Monitorar indicadores de atendimento e identificar oportunidades de melhoria, a fim de contribuir para a eficiência operacional e a experiência do cliente;Atuar no relacionamento com clientes em marketplaces e canais digitais, respondendo demandas e acompanhando avaliações, a fim de fortalecer a reputação da marca;Colaborar com a equipe de marketing na divulgação de produtos, campanhas e eventos, a fim de apoiar os objetivos comerciais e institucionais da empresa;Apoiar a organização e operacionalização de eventos, feiras e ações promocionais, incluindo logística, montagem de espaços e atendimento ao público, a fim de garantir a qualidade da execução das atividades;Realizar vendas presenciais em eventos e demais pontos de contato com o público, a fim de contribuir para o alcance das metas comerciais;Controlar o estoque e a movimentação de produtos destinados a eventos e pontos de venda físicos, a fim de garantir sua disponibilidade e adequada utilização.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Médio completo;Desejável curso técnico ou graduação em andamento nas áreas de Administração, Logística, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento básico em rotinas de estoque, logística e expedição;Conhecimento em emissão de notas fiscais e processos de faturamento;Familiaridade com sistemas ERP, plataformas de e-commerce e marketplaces;Conhecimento intermediário do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel;Desejável experiência com inventários e controle de estoque.
