Responsabilidades e atribuições· Acompanhar obras de reformas e manutenção predial;

· Atuar na identificação e solução de problemas civis e elétricos;

· Fiscalizar serviços garantindo qualidade e conformidade com projetos;

· Interagir diretamente com prestadores e equipes de execução;

· Realizar vistorias técnicas e medições de serviços;

· Apoiar na organização e controle das atividades em campo.Requisitos e qualificações· Formação técnica em Edificações (ou similar);

· Experiência com obras e manutenção predial;

· Conhecimento prático em construção civil e instalações elétricas;

· Leitura e interpretação de projetos;

· Perfil proativo, resolutivo e com boa comunicação.

Competências comportamentais desejadas· Experiência em ambientes institucionais ou grandes complexos;

· Conhecimentos em hidráulica predial;

· Vivência com manutenção preventiva e corretiva;
