En Grupo MBO buscamos a una persona que quiera asumir el desafío de coordinar proyectos de apertura, renovación y mantención de nuestras tiendas, asegurando el cumplimiento de los plazos, presupuestos y estándares de calidad de cada marca.

¿Cuáles serán tus principales desafíos?

  • Planificar y coordinar aperturas, remodelaciones y renovaciones de tiendas.
  • Actuar como contraparte técnica de arquitectos externos, revisando proyectos y proponiendo los ajustes necesarios para asegurar su factibilidad constructiva.
  • Elaborar y controlar cartas Gantt, presupuestos, cotizaciones y avances de obra.
  • Coordinar y supervisar proveedores y contratistas.
  • Realizar seguimiento en terreno y gestionar la recepción y cierre de las obras.
  • Coordinar las mantenciones preventivas y correctivas de las tiendas, incluyendo iluminación, sistemas de alarma, cortinas, cerrajería, climatización, gasfitería, instalaciones eléctricas, mobiliario y reparaciones menores.
  • Atender contingencias procurando minimizar su impacto en la operación de las tiendas.

Requisitos

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Título profesional de Constructor/a Civil o Arquitecto/a, con sólidos conocimientos en construcción y ejecución de obras.
  • Al menos 2 años de experiencia en habilitación, apertura, remodelación o mantención de espacios comerciales.
  • Experiencia coordinando contratistas, controlando presupuestos y realizando seguimiento de obras.
  • Manejo de Excel y herramientas para la gestión de cartas Gantt.
  • Manejo de AutoCAD a nivel de revisión y ajustes básicos.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar visitas a terreno, viajes ocasionales y coordinar intervenciones fuera del horario comercial cuando sea necesario
  • Deseable experiencia en retail y manejo de SAP.

📍 Nuestras oficinas corporativas están ubicadas en el sector de Escuela Militar, Las Condes.

🏬 Contamos con tiendas ubicadas en distintos centros comerciales de Chile, desde La Serena hasta Puerto Montt, por lo que el cargo requiere disponibilidad para visitar obras y tiendas cuando los proyectos o las mantenciones lo requieran.
