O teu papel na Medinfar

Como Production Operator irás integrar a equipa de produção e contribuir na execução de operações produtivas, assegurando o cumprimento dos mais elevados padrões de qualidade, segurança e boas práticas de fabrico com os requisitos da indústria farmacêutica.

Como vais fazer a diferença?

· Operações de fabrico: Executar operações produtivas com rigor, seguindo os procedimentos, instruções de trabalho e normas de qualidade definidas.

· Preparação e mudança de formato: Efetuar higienizações de equipamentos e realizar mudanças de formato, assegurando a disponibilidade e eficiência dos processos produtivos.

· Movimentação de materiais: Garantir o correto transporte e abastecimento de produtos e matérias-primas entre os diferentes centros de trabalho.

· Cumprimento regulatório: Assegurar o cumprimento das Boas Práticas de Fabrico (GMP), normas de Segurança, Ambiente e procedimentos internos aplicáveis.

· Qualidade e conformidade: Contribuir para a execução das operações de acordo com os padrões de qualidade exigidos pela indústria farmacêutica.

· Trabalho em equipa: Colaborar com as diferentes áreas produtivas para garantir o cumprimento dos planos de produção e dos objetivos operacionais.

· Rastreabilidade e documentação: Preencher corretamente os registos de produção e demais documentação associada, assegurando a fiabilidade e rastreabilidade da informação.

O que procuramos:

  • 12º ano de escolaridade
  • Capacidade para cumprir procedimentos operacionais e seguir instruções escritas de forma rigorosa.
  • Experiência prévia em ambiente fabril.
  • Experiência na utilização de porta-paletes e movimentação de cargas.
  • Elevado sentido de responsabilidade e compromisso com a qualidade.
  • Disciplina e integridade no cumprimento das normas de segurança, higiene e procedimentos internos.
  • Espírito de equipa, proatividade e boa capacidade de organização.
