O Grupo Mendes, empresa familiar que há décadas atua com protagonismo na Baixada Santista, liderando grandes empreendimentos nas áreas de Malls, Incorporações e Energia, está em busca de um(a) Supervisor(a) de Centro de Operação para atuar na área de Energia.Local de trabalho: Boituva-SP | 100% PresencialO(a) profissional será responsável por supervisionar a operação remota do portfólio de usinas fotovoltaicas, garantindo o monitoramento contínuo dos ativos, o tratamento adequado das ocorrências e a continuidade da operação. Atuará na coordenação da equipe de operadores do Centro de Operação, acompanhando indicadores, indisponibilidades e intervenções operacionais, além de manter interface com as equipes de campo e concessionárias de energia.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSupervisionar a operação remota do portfólio de usinas fotovoltaicas;Coordenar e acompanhar a equipe de operadores do Centro de Operação;Garantir o monitoramento contínuo das usinas, equipamentos e sistemas de supervisão;Assegurar a rápida identificação, registro, classificação e tratamento das ocorrências operacionais;Coordenar comandos remotos, resets e demais intervenções operacionais permitidas;Acionar e direcionar equipes de campo de acordo com a criticidade das ocorrências;Acompanhar indisponibilidades de inversores, trackers, sistemas de comunicação e demais equipamentos;Monitorar ocorrências e interrupções relacionadas às concessionárias de energia;Garantir o cumprimento dos procedimentos operacionais, fluxos de escalonamento e SLAs;Coordenar a passagem de turno, assegurando a continuidade e o acompanhamento das ocorrências em aberto;Garantir a qualidade e confiabilidade dos registros utilizados nos indicadores de disponibilidade e perdas;Acompanhar os sistemas de CFTV e ocorrências relacionadas à segurança patrimonial;Elaborar indicadores e relatórios da operação, identificando oportunidades de melhoria nos processos do Centro de Operação;Apoiar a implementação de melhorias nos processos e rotinas operacionais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação técnica ou superior em Elétrica, Eletrotécnica, Automação, Energia ou áreas correlatas;Experiência em centros de operação, supervisão ou operação de ativos de energia;Conhecimento de usinas fotovoltaicas, inversores, trackers e sistemas supervisórios;Conhecimento de SCADA, telecomunicações e sistemas de monitoramento;Conhecimento de procedimentos de segurança e operação de instalações elétricas;Pacote Office intermediário/avançado;Disponibilidade para atuação conforme regime operacional do Centro de Operação;Perfil de liderança, organização, senso de urgência e capacidade de tomada de decisão;Boa comunicação e facilidade para atuação integrada com equipes de campo e manutenção.DIFERENCIAIS:Experiência em Centro de Operação de usinas fotovoltaicas;Conhecimento em indicadores de disponibilidade, performance e perdas de geração;Vivência com gestão de equipes operacionais;Conhecimento em procedimentos de operação e segurança de instalações elétricas.Informações adicionaisPlano de Saúde;Vale-Refeição;Plano Odontológico;Seguro de Vida;TotalPass;Férias;13° Nota Fiscal;Bônus anual por resultado.
