Sobre a oportunidade

A GMF Paris, empresa do segmento alimentício em fase de crescimento e expansão, está em busca de um(a) Assistente de Logística com foco em Faturamento para fazer parte do nosso time!

Procuramos um profissional organizado, analítico, atento aos detalhes e com vontade de aprender e crescer profissionalmente.

Principais atividades

  • Realizar a emissão, conferência e controle de notas fiscais eletrônicas (NF-e).
  • Acompanhar o faturamento de pedidos e a liberação de mercadorias para expedição.
  • Conferir informações fiscais, comerciais e cadastrais.
  • Apoiar a conferência de documentos de transporte, como CT-e, MDF-e e romaneios.
  • Acompanhar devoluções, cancelamentos e correções de notas fiscais.
  • Atualizar informações e controles de faturamento no sistema ERP.
  • Identificar divergências e apoiar a resolução de pendências.
  • Atuar em conjunto com os setores Comercial, Financeiro, Fiscal e Logística.
  • Organizar documentos e contribuir para a melhoria dos processos internos.

Requisitos

  • Ensino superior em andamento em Ciências Contábeis (preferencialmente), Administração, Gestão Financeira ou áreas correlatas.
  • Conhecimento básico em emissão e conferência de notas fiscais.
  • Familiaridade com rotinas administrativas, fiscais ou de faturamento.
  • Conhecimento em Excel e Pacote Office.
  • Facilidade para trabalhar com sistemas informatizados.
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e boa comunicação.

Será um diferencial

  • Experiência anterior em faturamento, especialmente em indústrias ou distribuidoras.
  • Conhecimento em documentação fiscal e processos de expedição.
  • Vivência com sistemas ERP.
  • Conhecimento em rotinas de transporte e logística.

💰 Salário: R$ 2.500,00 mensais
