O cargo de Eletromecânico é responsável por realizar manutenções preventivas e corretivas em equipamentos eletromecânicos, garantindo o bom funcionamento e a segurança das instalações. Além disso, auxilia em testes e diagnósticos de falhas, seguindo normas técnicas e de segurança. É fundamental ter conhecimentos em elétrica, mecânica e automação industrial.

  • Realizar manutenções preventivas em equipamentos eletromecânicos, seguindo planos e cronogramas estabelecidos.
  • Executar manutenções corretivas em máquinas e equipamentos, identificando e solucionando falhas.
  • Auxiliar em testes e diagnósticos de falhas em sistemas eletromecânicos, utilizando ferramentas apropriadas.
  • Realizar a troca de peças danificadas ou desgastadas, garantindo a eficiência dos equipamentos.
  • Acompanhar e registrar indicadores de desempenho dos equipamentos, propondo melhorias contínuas.
  • Seguir normas técnicas e de segurança durante as atividades, visando a integridade física e patrimonial.
  • Participar de treinamentos e capacitações para aprimorar seus conhecimentos técnicos e habilidades.
  • Colaborar com a equipe de manutenção eletromecânica, contribuindo para o bom funcionamento da planta industrial.
  • Manter a organização e limpeza do local de trabalho, zelando pela conservação dos equipamentos e ferramentas.
  • Comunicar ao superior imediato sobre necessidades de materiais, peças e insumos para a realização das atividades.
  • Conhecimento dos principais equipamentos em indústrias alimentícias como misturadores, empacotadoras, enfardadeiras, moinhos de martelo, compressores de ar a pistão e parafuso, torradores .
