Prestar suporte às atividades de pós-vendas da empresa, realizando o atendimento e acompanhamento das carteiras de clientes B e C, auxiliando na divulgação de produtos, serviços e campanhas, bem como no acompanhamento das necessidades de manutenção das máquinas John Deere. Contribuir para a fidelização dos clientes, a geração de oportunidades de negócios e o fortalecimento do relacionamento entre a Minas Verde e seus clientes.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar contatos periódicos com clientes das carteiras B e C, conforme programação estabelecida pela empresa.Auxiliar no acompanhamento do ciclo de vida dos clientes e das máquinas, informando sobre necessidades de revisões, manutenções e serviços.Apoiar o agendamento de revisões e manutenções preventivas e preditivas, em conjunto com a área de Serviços.Divulgar campanhas promocionais, programas de fidelidade, treinamentos e demais soluções oferecidas pela empresa.Identificar demandas e oportunidades de negócios durante os atendimentos, direcionando-as às áreas responsáveis.Auxiliar nas ações de reativação e positivação de clientes inativos.Apoiar a comercialização de peças, serviços e planos de manutenção, conforme orientações e procedimentos da empresa.Promover o Programa Seedz e orientar os clientes sobre seus benefícios.Dar suporte às filiais e à equipe de Serviços nas atividades relacionadas ao atendimento pós-venda.Registrar e manter atualizadas as informações dos clientes, atendimentos e oportunidades nos sistemas CRM e Protheus.Elaborar relatórios e controles relacionados às atividades de atendimento e acompanhamento da carteira de clientes.Cumprir os procedimentos e políticas internas da empresa, contribuindo para a qualidade do atendimento e satisfação dos clientes.Apoiar as filiais durante os períodos de férias dos colaboradores, assumindo temporariamente a responsabilidade pelo acompanhamento e atendimento da carteira de clientes, de forma remota ou, quando necessário, mediante deslocamento até a filial.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCurso técnico ou superior em andamento nas áreas de Administração, Gestão Comercial, Agronegócio ou áreas correlatas.Atendimento ao cliente.
