Responsabilidades:

  • Analisar falhas e identificar causas-raiz, oportunidades de melhoria, além de analisar e emitir laudos de pneus condenados e avaliação técnica de sucatas.
  • Monitorar e garantir a redução contínua do CPK (Custo por Quilómetro) e custo por hora trabalhada.
  • Realizar o direcionamento das demandas e logística de atendimento de campo e organizar o fluxo de atendimento nas oficinas fixas/externas
  • Garantir o cronograma de manutenções preventivas e corretivas
  • Realizar o controle de inventário de pneus novos, usados e ressolados, determinando o momento exato da retirada para ressola e envio para consertos
  • Analisar relatórios de desempenho da área (KPIs) para reporte à gerência
  • Garantir o cumprimento rigoroso de todas as normas de Segurança do Trabalho, exigindo o uso correto de EPIs, EPCs e a execução de procedimentos seguros por toda a equipe
  • Promover um ambiente de trabalho seguro, mitigando ativamente os riscos de acidentes tanto nas oficinas fixas quanto nos atendimentos em campo.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino médio completo
  • Desejável formação em Logística ou áreas afins
  • Vivência sólida na função de liderança e gestão de borracharia de grande porte ou frotas pesadas
  • Será um diferencial experiência na função no setor sucroenergético
  • Conhecimento em pneus agrícolas, rodoviários, OTR (fora de estrada) e passeio (pressões, desgastes, emparelhamento e aplicação).
  • Conhecimento em pacote Office e de sistemas informatizados de gerenciamento de pneus para monitorização de pressão, profundidade de sulcos e desgaste.
  • Disponibilidade para residir na região de Nipoã - SP
