Somos um grupo multimarcas que atua na comercialização de veículos novos, seminovos, acessórios, consórcios, frota, seguros e pós-vendas realizado na nossa rede de concessionárias além do serviço de locação (mobilidade). Buscamos um (a) Assistente de Vendas para apoiar as atividades operacionais e administrativas da área de Repasse de Veículos. Dará suporte na organização e execução dos processos de transferência de veículos entre a concessionária, garantindo conformidade documental, controle dos processos de repasse e atendimento aos prazos estabelecidos. Se você é uma pessoa ágil, que encanta o cliente e preza pela excelência em resultados, venha fazer parte do nosso time!Nós somos o Grupo NewChase e crescemos juntos!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a preparação dos processos dos veículos de vistoria para realizar a transferência dos mesmos junto ao despachante. Organizar e conferir os documentos necessários para a transferência de propriedade dos veículos para os compradores de revenda. Assegurar que todos os registros e documentos estejam completos e corretos, atendendo aos procedimentos legais e internos do Grupo. Prestar suporte no envio e recebimento das documentações. Manter a organização dos processos, atualizando planilhas e sistemas de controle da área, e apoiando no registro e andamento das transações. Alimentar as fichas de avaliação no sistema corporativo padrão. Realizar o lançamento das multas no portal corporativo padrão, para que haja a aprovação e o respectivo pagamento. Realizar a movimentação dos veículos entre os pátios das concessionárias, garantindo a organização dos veículos armazenados. Realizar a entrada dos veículos no estoque de forma física e sistêmica, conferindo e registrando as informações de cada veículo no sistema de gestão, utilizando nota fiscal para garantir a conformidade do inventário. Prestar suporte na atualização do controle de estoque. Oferecer suporte administrativo à área, como no arquivamento de documentos, organização de arquivos digitais e físicos, e manutenção de registros atualizados.
