O Consultor(a) de Vendas tem o papel fundamental na nossa equipe de loja. O objetivo do cargo é, além de atender os clientes, de sempre os manter satisfeitos e fidelizados, atingir as metas, manter um bom relacionamento com a equipe, cumprir as normas e procedimentos e ter envolvimento e comprometimento com o negócio.

Remuneração: Salário fixo + variável + benefícios

Carga horária: 44 horas semanais

Disponibilidade de horário : Segundas às sextas: 08:30 as 12:00 e das 13:30 as 18:30

Sábados 08:30 as 13:00 - sendo dois sábados D até as 16:00.

Trabalhamos com folgas e banco de horas, apra compensaçao dos horário que ultrapassam da carga horária.

Atividades:

Realizar vendas presenciais e eventualemente vendas remotas, e registrá-las no sistema.

Atender, demonstrar e gerar experimentação dos produtos, conforme modelo de atendimento do Boticário.

Fidelizar clientes e oferecer nosso programa de fidelidade

Participar das divulgações presenciais e on line dos ciclos promocionais e lançamentos, assim como eventualemtne participar da live do ciclo

Conquistar novos clientes.

Controlar e cumprir suas metas de vendas, alavancas e indicadores.

Divulgar e executar serviços de maquiagem e de experimentação.

Efetuar trocas e registrá-las.

Limpar, organizar e repor as seções de produtos/prateleiras e demonstradores, assim como a comunicação visual do ciclo e precificação dos produtos.

Participar dos treinamentos online e dos presenciais.
