Sobre a oportunidade

Buscamos um profissional atento, responsável e com alto nível de sigilo para atuar no monitoramento das operações de segurança do shopping. Essa pessoa será peça-chave na prevenção de riscos e no apoio às ocorrências, garantindo a segurança de clientes, lojistas e colaboradores.

Principais atividades

  • Monitoramento contínuo das áreas do shopping via CFTV (aprox. 240 câmeras)
  • Identificação de situações suspeitas e atuação preventiva
  • Operação de sistemas de alarme (incêndio, intrusão e pânico)
  • Atendimento de ocorrências e suporte em situações emergenciais
  • Registro e acompanhamento de incidentes com elaboração de relatórios
  • Controle de acessos, fluxo de veículos e operação do estacionamento
  • Apoio às equipes de segurança, manutenção e brigada
  • Conferência de sistemas e informações na passagem de turno
  • Alimentação de controles e relatórios operacionais

O que buscamos

  • Perfil atento, organizado e com senso de responsabilidade
  • Boa comunicação e controle emocional, especialmente em situações de pressão
  • Postura ética e discrição com informações sensíveis
  • Facilidade para trabalhar com múltiplas demandas simultaneamente
  • Conhecimento básico em informática (Excel será um diferencial)
  • Experiência com CFTV ou segurança será considerada um diferencial
