Estamos em busca de um(a) Supervisor(a) de Manutenção de Frota para coordenar e supervisionar as atividades de manutenção preventiva e corretiva da frota de ônibus, garantindo disponibilidade, segurança, qualidade técnica e continuidade operacional.

Essa pessoa atuará como liderança técnica e operacional da equipe, com domínio prático de manutenção diesel, incluindo mecânica, elétrica, lanternagem e pintura, sendo capaz de apoiar tecnicamente os colaboradores e atuar diretamente em intervenções críticas ou emergenciais quando necessário.

Principais responsabilidades

Supervisão e Liderança de Equipe

  • Coordenar, orientar, distribuir tarefas e acompanhar o desempenho de mecânicos, eletricistas, lanterneiros/funileiros e auxiliares.
  • Garantir produtividade e qualidade na execução dos serviços de manutenção.

Atuação Técnica Prática

  • Executar diretamente atividades de manutenção mecânica diesel, elétrica ou lanternagem em situações específicas.
  • Atuar em diagnósticos complexos, retrabalhos, emergências ou apoio técnico à equipe quando necessário.

Planejamento e Controle da Manutenção

  • Elaborar, acompanhar e ajustar o plano de manutenção preventiva e corretiva da frota.
  • Definir prioridades e contribuir para a redução de paradas não programadas.

Gestão da Manutenção Corretiva

  • Coordenar reparos emergenciais da frota.
  • Atuar diretamente nas intervenções quando necessário.
  • Contribuir para a redução do tempo de veículo parado (MTTR).

Gestão Técnica da Manutenção Diesel

  • Apoiar tecnicamente diagnósticos e tomadas de decisão relacionados à mecânica diesel.
  • Atuar tecnicamente em sistemas elétricos e eletroeletrônicos, freios, suspensão, sistema pneumático e lanternagem.

Inspeções e Conformidade Legal

  • Garantir que os veículos atendam às normas de segurança, legislação de trânsito e requisitos técnicos aplicáveis.

Controle de Custos e Eficiência

  • Acompanhar os custos de manutenção.
  • Buscar a redução de desperdícios e retrabalhos.

Relatórios e Acompanhamento Gerencial

  • Elaborar relatórios técnicos e operacionais.
  • Acompanhar indicadores de manutenção.
  • Desenvolver planos de ação em conjunto com as áreas de planejamento e gestão.

Segurança do Trabalho

  • Garantir o cumprimento das normas de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho (SST).
  • Assegurar a utilização correta dos EPIs e a adoção de práticas seguras na oficina.

Treinamento e Desenvolvimento da Equipe

  • Apoiar a capacitação técnica dos colaboradores.
  • Contribuir para a padronização dos processos de manutenção.

Interface com a Operação

  • Alinhar a programação dos veículos, prioridades de manutenção e necessidades operacionais.

  • Capacidade de gerir, delegar e também atuar diretamente nas atividades quando necessário.
  • Boa tomada de decisão.
  • Interesse por desenvolvimento contínuo e aprendizado constante.
  • Capacidade de interpretar dados básicos para tomada de decisão.

Requisitos

  • Experiência como Supervisor, Líder ou Encarregado de Manutenção Diesel.
  • Vivência com ônibus ou frota pesada.
  • Conhecimentos em mecânica diesel.
  • Conhecimentos em elétrica automotiva.
  • Conhecimentos em lanternagem.
  • Conhecimentos em pintura.
  • Disponibilidade para deslocamento entre diferentes empresas do grupo quando necessário.

Formação

  • Desejável formação técnica ou superior em Engenharias, áreas correlatas ou cursos técnicos da área de manutenção.
