  • Auxiliar na montagem, embalagem e separação de produtos, seguindo as especificações e padrões de qualidade estabelecidos pela empresa, garantindo a agilidade e precisão nas tarefas diárias.
  • Realizar inspeções visuais e controles de qualidade durante o processo produtivo, identificando possíveis defeitos ou irregularidades e comunicando ao supervisor para ações corretivas.
  • Auxiliar na manutenção básica de máquinas e equipamentos, realizando limpezas, lubrificações e ajustes simples, contribuindo para a redução de paradas não programadas e manutenção preventiva.
  • Organizar e manter o ambiente de trabalho limpo e seguro, seguindo as normas de segurança do trabalho e utilizando os equipamentos de proteção individual (EPIs) adequados.
  • Auxiliar na carga e descarga de materiais, insumos e produtos acabados, garantindo o correto armazenamento e movimentação de itens na área de produção.
  • Participar de treinamentos e reuniões de equipe, buscando aprimorar conhecimentos técnicos e operacionais, além de colaborar com a comunicação interna da equipe.
  • Registrar dados de produção, controle de estoque e outras informações relevantes, utilizando sistemas de gestão ou planilhas, garantindo a precisão e a atualização dos registros.
  • Apoiar na implementação de melhorias nos processos produtivos, sugerindo ideias e observando procedimentos para otimizar a eficiência e reduzir desperdícios.
  • Seguir rigorosamente as normas de segurança, higiene e qualidade, contribuindo para um ambiente de trabalho saudável e produtivo.
  • Executar outras tarefas correlatas às atividades de produção, conforme orientação do supervisor ou encarregado, demonstrando flexibilidade e disposição para aprender.
