O Supervisor Técnico atua como o líder direto da equipe setorial, sendo responsável por garantir o suporte operacional integral, a gestão de escalas e o desenvolvimento contínuo dos colaboradores por meio de treinamentos técnicos e avaliações de desempenho. Este profissional assegura a implementação e o monitoramento rigoroso das ferramentas do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade (SGQ), zelando pelo cumprimento de manuais técnicos (PQs, POPs, POAs), normas de biossegurança e pela manutenção da infraestrutura e controle de custos operacionais. Além da gestão administrativa, desempenha um papel técnico fundamental na liberação de resultados de exames, validação de insumos e na prestação de assessoria a médicos e pacientes para a interpretação clínica e a correta solicitação de exames laboratoriais.Responsabilidades e atribuições Responsável pela gestão e desenvolvimento da equipe técnica, incluindo escalas, treinamentos, avaliações de desempenho e acompanhamento das rotinas do setor. Atua na implementação e monitoramento do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade (SGQ), controle de qualidade laboratorial, validação e liberação de resultados, análise de indicadores e cumprimento das normas técnicas e de biossegurança. Também presta suporte técnico a pacientes e profissionais de saúde, acompanha estoques e equipamentos, participa de auditorias e promove melhorias nos processos, com foco na qualidade dos serviços e na otimização de custos.
