Responsabilidades

  • Realizar a montagem e embalagem de produtos conforme as especificações e padrões de qualidade.
  • Operar máquinas e equipamentos de produção, seguindo os procedimentos operacionais padrão (POP).
  • Inspecionar visualmente os produtos para identificar defeitos e garantir a conformidade com os requisitos de qualidade.
  • Manter a organização e limpeza da área de trabalho, seguindo as normas de segurança e higiene.
  • Preencher registros de produção, incluindo dados de volume, refugo e tempo de ciclo.
  • Auxiliar na carga e descarga de materiais e produtos, utilizando equipamentos de manuseio quando necessário.
  • Seguir rigorosamente as instruções de trabalho e os procedimentos de segurança para evitar acidentes.

Requisitos

  • Ensino médio completo ou curso técnico em áreas relacionadas à produção industrial.
  • Experiência prévia (mínimo de 6 meses) em ambiente de produção ou chão de fábrica.
  • Conhecimento básico em leitura e interpretação de ordens de produção e instruções de trabalho.
  • Habilidade para manusear ferramentas manuais e operar equipamentos simples de produção.
  • Familiaridade com normas de segurança do trabalho e boas práticas de fabricação (BPF).
  • Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e seguir rotinas de produção estabelecidas.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em turnos e realizar horas extras quando necessário.
