The posting

* Garantir a documentação necessária para a manutenção da Certificação ISO 9001, participando dos processos de auditoria, mantendo toda documentação de Recursos Humanos em perfeita ordem, bem como listas de presença, fichas de registros e demais documentos pertinentes a certificação;

* Levantar necessidades de treinamento, através das solicitações recebidas e da comparação entre a Descrição de Cargo e Relação de treinamentos efetuados por empregados;

* Executar todas as atividades pertinentes a área de Recrutamento e Seleção, garantindo a melhor seleção de pessoas para suprir as necessidades de contratação da empresa;

* Recrutar candidatos, avaliando dados pessoais e profissionais, solicitando o preenchimento de proposta de emprego, entrevistando e encaminhando os candidatos aos setores requisitantes para entrevistas, objetivando escolher os melhores candidatos para a seleção;

* Aplicar testes práticos e teóricos quando necessário, visando efetuar a seleção do melhor candidato a vaga existente;

* Encaminhar os candidatos aprovados para realização de exame médico e realizar a conferência dos documentos pessoais;

* Elaborar e divulgar anúncios para recrutamento de candidatos, através de sites de R&S, parceiros e mídias sociais da empresa;

* Integração admissional para novos admitidos informando sobre benefícios, normas e procedimentos da empresa;

* Efetuar a inclusão no sistema das admissões de colaboradores, imprimir toda documentação contratual, registro na carteira de trabalho, abertura de contas, colher assinaturas nas documentações, envio das informações para o e-social.

* Realizar transferências de colaboradores entre as filiais e imprimir documentos pertinentes as alterações;

* Avaliar solicitações de mudança de função e remuneração dos colaboradores, zelando pela compatibilidade de Cargos & Salários, captando aprovação da diretoria;

* Manter a cota de Aprendizes, realizando os processos junto às entidades de educação e promover mensalmente a conferência dos proventos e descontos da Folha de Pagamento dos mesmos;

* Realizar mensalmente as Requisições e Workflows de pagamentos de consultorias parcerias e entidades educacionais, mediante a conferência da fatura e serviços prestados;

* Garantir o pagamento de salários de temporários, promovendo a conferência da fatura e emitindo as Requisições de Compras via sistema;

* Manter relatórios de Indicadores de consultorias, vagas e demais planilhas pertinentes atualizadas.
