Responsabilidades

  • Supervisionar e coordenar as operações diárias da linha de produção, garantindo o cumprimento das metas de volume e qualidade.
  • Implementar e monitorar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) de produção, como OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), taxa de refugo e eficiência.
  • Gerenciar a equipe de produção, incluindo alocação de tarefas, treinamento, avaliação de desempenho e resolução de conflitos.
  • Otimizar processos produtivos através da aplicação de metodologias Lean Manufacturing, como 5S, Kaizen e SMED.
  • Garantir a conformidade com as normas de segurança do trabalho (NRs), saúde ocupacional e boas práticas de fabricação.
  • Realizar a análise de falhas e propor planos de ação corretivos e preventivos para problemas na linha de produção.
  • Colaborar com as equipes de manutenção e engenharia para otimização de máquinas e equipamentos.

Requisitos

  • Experiência comprovada em posição de liderança ou supervisão em ambiente de produção industrial.
  • Conhecimento sólido em metodologias de Lean Manufacturing e ferramentas de melhoria contínua.
  • Capacidade de interpretar e analisar dados de produção, utilizando ferramentas estatísticas para tomada de decisão.
  • Familiaridade com sistemas de gestão da qualidade (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.) e auditorias internas/externas.
  • Habilidade para operar e monitorar sistemas de automação industrial (CLP, SCADA) e equipamentos de controle de processo.
  • Formação técnica ou superior completa em Engenharia de Produção, Engenharia Mecânica, Engenharia Elétrica ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência na gestão de equipes multifuncionais e na promoção de um ambiente de trabalho colaborativo.
