Responsabilidades

  • Operar máquinas e equipamentos de produção, seguindo os procedimentos operacionais padrão (POP).
  • Realizar ajustes e pequenos reparos em equipamentos, conforme a necessidade e o treinamento recebido.
  • Monitorar o processo produtivo, garantindo a qualidade do produto e a eficiência da linha.
  • Preencher registros de produção, incluindo dados de volume, tempo de ciclo e ocorrências.
  • Manter a organização e a limpeza da área de trabalho, seguindo as normas de segurança e 5S.
  • Identificar e comunicar falhas ou anomalias no processo produtivo ou nos equipamentos.
  • Participar de treinamentos e programas de melhoria contínua da produção.

Requisitos

  • Ensino médio completo ou curso técnico em áreas como Mecânica, Eletrotécnica ou Produção.
  • Experiência prévia em ambiente industrial ou de manufatura.
  • Conhecimento básico em leitura e interpretação de manuais operacionais.
  • Habilidade para operar painéis de controle e interfaces homem-máquina (IHM).
  • Familiaridade com normas de segurança do trabalho e uso de EPIs.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e seguir instruções de supervisão.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em turnos rotativos, incluindo finais de semana.
