Responsabilidades

  • Analisar desenhos técnicos, especificações e requisitos do cliente para peças usinadas.
  • Calcular custos de matéria-prima, considerando tipo de material, dimensões e desperdício.
  • Estimar tempos de usinagem para diferentes operações (torneamento, fresamento, retifica, furação), utilizando tabelas e softwares específicos.
  • Determinar custos de ferramentais, dispositivos e programações de máquinas CNC.
  • Avaliar custos de tratamentos térmicos, acabamentos superficiais e outros processos terceirizados.
  • Elaborar propostas comerciais detalhadas, incluindo preços, prazos de entrega e condições de pagamento.
  • Manter e atualizar banco de dados de custos de materiais, tempos e processos para otimização de orçamentos futuros.

Requisitos

  • Formação técnica completa em Mecânica, Usinagem, Fabricação Mecânica ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência comprovada (mínimo de 3 anos) em orçamentação ou processos de usinagem.
  • Domínio na leitura e interpretação de desenhos técnicos mecânicos, incluindo tolerâncias geométricas e dimensionais (GD&T).
  • Conhecimento profundo dos processos de usinagem (torneamento, fresamento, retífica, eletroerosão).
  • Experiência com software CAD/CAM para análise de geometrias e simulação de usinagem.
  • Familiaridade com diferentes tipos de materiais (metais ferrosos e não ferrosos, plásticos de engenharia) e suas propriedades.
  • Habilidade para utilizar ferramentas de cálculo de tempo e custo de usinagem.
