Requisitos:

  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Graduação nível Tecnólogo ou Bacharelado em: Processos de Fabricação, Administração ou áreas correlatas;
  • Desejável formação técnica em Mecânica, Fabricação Mecânica, Plásticos, Ferramentaria ou área industrial correlata;
  • Desejável Pós Graduação em Gestão de Custos e Formação de Preços;
  • Conhecimento de custos industriais, formação de preços, margem de contribuição, análise de viabilidade e leitura de desenhos técnicos;
  • Possuir CNH categoria B ativa;
  • Disponibilidade para viagens e visitas técnicas a fornecedores, clientes e áreas produtivas quando necessário.

Atribuições:

  • Elaborar, revisar e controlar orçamentos técnicos de produtos, ferramentais e projetos industriais, transformando requisitos de clientes e análises de viabilidade em composições de custos, preços e propostas comerciais competitivas, rastreáveis e tecnicamente viáveis;
  • Atuar de forma integrada com as áreas de Engenharia, Vendas, Compras, Produção;
  • Ferramentaria, Qualidade, Logística e Financeiro, bem como com fornecedores, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento de soluções relacionadas a estamparia, injeção de plásticos, pintura, montagem e soluções integradas no conceito one-stop;
  • Realizar a composição e o levantamento dos principais elementos de custos, considerando matéria-prima, mão de obra, tempos de processo, perdas, serviços externos, investimentos, gastos indiretos, despesas, tributos, frete, condições comerciais e margens, utilizando as versões vigentes das bases de dados, critérios e procedimentos internos da Kaplan;
  • Aplicar, quando pertinente, análises de TCO (Total Cost of Ownership), Cost Breakdown, cenários e avaliação de riscos, para apoiar decisões sobre custos, preços, prazos, capacidade e margem;
  • Controlar os prazos de atendimento (SLA), versões e histórico dos orçamentos e oportunidades no Follow Up/CRM,mantendo as informações atualizadas e rastreáveis;
  • Apoiar processos de reajuste, melhorias e automações, bem como as áreas envolvidas na tomada de decisões, observando os procedimentos internos, a proteção das margens, os prazos acordados, a capacidade produtiva e a confidencialidade das informações da empresa e de seus clientes.
