Funciones:

  • Traducir objetivos, problemas y preguntas de negocio en hipótesis, análisis y requerimientos de datos claros, alineando alcance, métricas y criterios de éxito con los stakeholders.
  • Explorar, integrar, depurar y analizar datos de distintas fuentes para detectar patrones, causas, riesgos y oportunidades, asegurando la consistencia y trazabilidad de los resultados.
  • Generar insights y recomendaciones accionables, conectando la evidencia cuantitativa con el contexto operativo, comercial y financiero del negocio.
  • Construir business cases y cálculos de monetización de iniciativas, estimando beneficios, costos, supuestos, línea base, impacto incremental y mecanismos de seguimiento de valor.
  • Diseñar y ejecutar experimentos —a/b tests, pilotos, pruebas controladas o diseños cuasi experimentales— definiendo hipótesis, métricas, muestras, posibles sesgos y criterios de decisión.
  • Diseñar dashboards, reportes y visualizaciones que faciliten el monitoreo del desempeño y la toma de decisiones, aplicando principios de experiencia de usuario, narrativa de datos y autoservicio.
  • Desarrollar análisis reproducibles y prototipos funcionales de productos de datos, incluyendo modelos analíticos, alertas, agentes y herramientas de apoyo a la toma de decisiones.
  • Validar los productos analíticos con usuarios, medir su uso e impacto, recoger feedback e iterar hasta lograr su adopción y generación de valor.
  • Comunicar hallazgos complejos de manera clara y persuasiva a audiencias técnicas y no técnicas, y colaborar con los equipos de gobierno de datos, ingeniería, data science, ia, tecnología y negocio para resolver brechas y asegurar soluciones sostenibles y escalables.

Requisitos

  • Egresado/a de ingeniería industrial, sistemas, informática, estadística, economía, administración, matemáticas o carreras afines.
  • 2+ años de experiencia en posiciones afines.
  • SQL y Big Query: consultas complejas, joins, cte, funciones de ventana, optimización básica y validación de resultados.
  • Análisis Estadístico: análisis exploratorio, estadística descriptiva e inferencial, muestreo, intervalos de confianza, pruebas de hipótesis y regresión.
  • Experimentación: a/b testing, diseño de pilotos, métricas, potencia estadística, sesgos, causalidad y lectura de resultados.
  • BI y Visualización: power bi, looker o equivalentes; modelado semántico, ux, storytelling y diseño de dashboards.
  • Python para análisis de datos: pandas, notebooks, visualización y librerías estadísticas.
  • Modelado y Gobierno de datos: modelado de datos, calidad, linaje, catálogo, gobierno y consumo de productos de datos en un data lakehouse.
  • Discovery y Gestión de requerimientos: levantamiento de requerimientos, definición de métricas, criterios de aceptación y gestión de stakeholders.
  • Business Case y Monetización: línea base, beneficio incremental, costos, roi, payback, sensibilidad y seguimiento de captura de valor.
  • IA Generativa y Agentes: capacidades, limitaciones, evaluación, grounding y criterios para colaborar con equipos de ia.
