Essa posição terá forte atuação em negociações, desenvolvimento de fornecedores, análise de propostas e busca por soluções que proporcionem melhores resultados técnico-comerciais para a organização.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAdministrar processos de desenvolvimento e fortalecimento de parcerias comerciais com fornecedores, buscando as melhores soluções disponíveis no mercado;Receber, analisar e avaliar requisições de compras de materiais e contratações de serviços;Conduzir processos de compras estratégicas, incluindo materiais indiretos, equipamentos e aquisições de ordem geral;Realizar compras de natureza técnica, envolvendo projetos, manutenção, tecnologia da informação e serviços de engenharia;Desenvolver pesquisas de mercado, cotações e processos de licitação, identificando as melhores oportunidades técnico-comerciais;Elaborar e analisar planilhas de controle, formação de preços, composição de custos e mapas de equalização de propostas;Negociar com fornecedores, buscando as melhores condições de preço, prazo de entrega, pagamento e fornecimento;Realizar a aprovação de orçamentos referentes à aquisição de materiais e à contratação de serviços;Emitir pedidos de compras por meio do sistema ERP e elaborar contratos de fornecimento para materiais e serviços;Acompanhar o andamento e a entrega das compras realizadas pela área, garantindo o cumprimento das condições negociadas;Manter relacionamento contínuo com fornecedores e áreas internas, promovendo alinhamento e eficiência nos processos de aquisição;Registrar, acompanhar e manter atualizados os custos evitados — savings — obtidos por meio das negociações realizadas;Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos, controles e indicadores da área de Compras.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Administração, Logística ou áreas afins;Experiência profissional em compras estratégicas e negociações com fornecedores;Inglês fluente para leitura, escrita e comunicação;Conhecimento das demais ferramentas do Pacote Office, especialmente Word e PowerPoint;Disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente em Eldorado do Sul/RS.Será considerado um diferencialExperiência com SAP S/4HANA;Conhecimento ou experiência com SAP Ariba;Vivência em compras de materiais indiretos, equipamentos, tecnologia, manutenção ou serviços de engenharia;Desejável afinidade com ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial, utilizando-as para otimizar processos e apoiar a tomada de decisão.Conhecimento em processos de cotação, equalização de propostas, formação de preços e apuração de savings.Informações adicionaisBenefícios:Participação nos Lucros e Resultados (PLR);Descontos exclusivos na Farmácia Panvel;Associação de Funcionários com diversas parcerias;Plano Odontológico;Plano de Saúde Unimed;Apoio à Saúde Mental;Wellhub (Gympass);Refeitório no local (café da manhã e almoço);Estacionamento no local ou transporte fretado;Open English;Day Off (folga no aniversário);Auxílio-creche;Licença Parental Estendida.Horário de trabalho:Segunda a sexta-feira, das 08h00 às 17h48.Local de trabalho:Eldorado do Sul/ RS.
