Você quer fazer parte de um grande time em uma empresa que não para de crescer?Se você está dentro dos requisitos abaixo, venha participar do nosso processo seletivo para Desenvolvedor(a) Backend Java Sênior | Arquitetura e Microsserviços,vamos adorar te conhecer!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesProjetar, desenvolver e evoluir microsserviços em Java/Spring Boot, utilizando arquitetura hexagonal e estrutura multi-projeto, com foco em resiliência, escalabilidade e observabilidade;Participar da modernização de sistemas legados em Oracle/PL-SQL, apoiando a extração de regras de negócio e a definição de fronteiras de serviço para a nova arquitetura;Desenvolver integrações orientadas a eventos utilizando Kafka e disponibilizar APIs REST por meio de API Gateway, garantindo contratos estáveis e versionados;Garantir a qualidade do código por meio de testes automatizados, análise estática e quality gates, utilizando ferramentas como JaCoCo, PITest, PMD, SonarQube e OWASP;Instrumentar os serviços com logging estruturado, métricas e tracing distribuído, utilizando ferramentas como Datadog e Elastic;Participar da definição de SLOs, alertas e boas práticas de observabilidade;Atuar em todo o ciclo de entrega das aplicações, desde pipelines de CI/CD até deploy em ambientes Kubernetes;Utilizar ferramentas de desenvolvimento assistido por IA, como Claude Code, Codex ou similares, de forma responsável e produtiva;Realizar code reviews, apoiar o desenvolvimento técnico de profissionais menos experientes e contribuir para a padronização de boas práticas entre squads.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas, ou experiência profissional equivalente;Experiência de pelo menos 3 anos com Java e ecossistema Spring, incluindo Spring Boot, Spring Data e Spring Security;Experiência sólida com bancos de dados relacionais, especialmente Oracle e PL/SQL;Experiência com mensageria e arquiteturas orientadas a eventos utilizando Kafka;Conhecimento de containers e orquestração utilizando Docker e Kubernetes;Experiência com pipelines de CI/CD, preferencialmente com GitLab CI;Conhecimento de padrões de resiliência para sistemas distribuídos, como circuit breaker, retry, exponential backoff, rate limiting, idempotência e timeouts;Experiência com testes automatizados, incluindo testes unitários, de integração e de contrato;Familiaridade com TDD;Conhecimento de arquitetura hexagonal, estrutura multi-módulo com Gradle ou Maven e aplicação prática de princípios SOLID;Familiaridade com observabilidade, incluindo logs estruturados, métricas e tracing;Experiência com autenticação e autorização em APIs utilizando OAuth2/OIDC;Boa comunicação para interação com times de Engenharia, Produto e áreas de negócio;Capacidade de compreender requisitos funcionais e não funcionais e traduzi-los em soluções técnicas;Disponibilidade para atuação em modelo híbrido.DiferenciaisInglês técnico para leitura de documentação;Conhecimento em bancos não relacionais, como MongoDB e Redis;Experiência com Keycloak;Capacidade de atuar no frontend quando necessário, utilizando Angular ou React;Experiência em varejo, e-commerce ou logística;Vivência com API Gateways, especialmente Kong;Conhecimento de CDN e soluções de edge, como Akamai;Experiência com assistentes de código e ferramentas de IA no fluxo de desenvolvimento, como Claude Code, Codex ou Copilot;Experiência com migrações de versão de JDK e modernização de sistemas legados;Vivência em iniciativas de padronização técnica e definição de boas práticas entre diferentes times.
