Você será a pessoa responsável por intermediar o contato entre a instituição e os clientes inadimplentes para regularização de débitos.

Responsabilidades e atribuições O que você vai fazer por aqui: 🛠️Contato com clientes: Realizar ligações, enviar e-mails e mensagens de WhatsApp para negociar dívidas em atraso.Emissão de documentos: Gerar segundas vias de boletos, atualizar parcelas com juros e emitir acordos formais.Alimentação de sistemas: Atualizar o sistema de CRM ou ERP da empresa com o histórico de atendimento e o status de cada cobrança.Relatórios financeiros: Elaborar planilhas de controle com os valores recuperados e os índices de inadimplência.Baixa de pagamentos: Verificar os comprovantes enviados pelos clientes e dar baixa no sistema após a compensação bancária.

Requisitos e qualificações

O que buscamos em você: 🎯🎓 Ensino Médio completo.💻 Excel Intermediário (fórmulas, tabelas dinâmicas e organização de dados) e rapidez de digitação.💬 Excelente comunicação escrita para atendimento via e-mail e WhatsApp.⭐ Experiência prévia (diferencial): Vivência em rotinas de atendimento/cobrança e uso de sistemas ERP.🧠 Habilidades Mais ValorizadasNegociação e empatia: Ouvir a justificativa do cliente para propor prazos e formas de pagamento que facilitem o recebimento sem prejudicar a relação comercial.Organização e atenção aos detalhes: Lidar com números, datas de vencimento e cálculos de juros exige precisão.
