Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo será seu dia a dia:Registrar retiradas e devoluções de equipamentos por meio de planilhas e sistemas internos;Verificar o estado dos equipamentos no ato da devolução;Preparar kits de equipamentos conforme reservas ou solicitações específicas (produções, externas, transmissões etc.);Apoiar no controle de reservas, cruzando horários e demandas para evitar conflitos;Sinalizar indisponibilidades ou conflitos de uso para a supervisão;Realizar inspeções regulares nos equipamentos (visuais e funcionais básicas);Reportar falhas, avarias e mau uso a supervisão e encaminhamento para a Manutenção para correção;Enviar lembretes e notificações sobre devolução de equipamentos pendentes;Emitir alertas quando identificadas retenções fora de padrão ou uso indevidos;Orientar usuários quanto ao uso correto dos equipamentos e cuidados básicos;Prestar suporte na configuração inicial de equipamentos simples (iPhone, gimbal, iRig, etc.);Alimentar relatórios semanais com movimentações, atrasos, avarias e pendências;Atualizar cadastros e histórico de uso de equipamentos;Apoiar no levantamento de inventário e verificação de estoques.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que o Grupo RBS espera de você: Ensino Médio Completo;Organização e atenção a detalhes;Agilidade e responsabilidade no manuseio de equipamentos;Noções básicas de audiovisual e tecnologia;Noções básicas de internet (word, excel, powerpoint, etc);Boa comunicação com usuários e equipes de apoio;Proatividade para resolver pendências e prevenir problemas.
