O Grupo Reis Alves é uma rede de farmácias que nasceu em Dracena, interior de São Paulo, em agosto de 1994, atuando no varejo farmacêutico e criando um novo conceito de farmácias tendo como PROPOSTA cuidar do BEM-ESTAR, da BELEZA e da SAÚDE das pessoas.

O atendente de perfumaria é responsável por realizar atendimentos no setor de perfumaria da farmácia. Ele também executa tarefas de rotina, como reposição de mercadoria e organização de prateleiras.

Diariamente, participa de ações promocionais, divulgando itens ou ofertas.

Competencias requeridas:

  • Atuar de forma ética, sigilosa e profissional, garantindo a confidencialidade das informações e o respeito às políticas internas da empresa.
  • Discliplina para seguir processos pré-definidos.
  • Capacidade de executar multiplas tarefas com qualidade.
  • Interesse em adquirir novos conhecimentos, e aprender novas coisas.

Responsabilidades:

  • Atendimento ao cliente identificando suas necessidades, orientando-os sobre os produtos adequados, apresentando as características, benefícios e modos de uso dos produtos de forma clara e acessível.
  • Realizar a reposição, limpeza e organização dos produtos do setor de perfumaria, conformes Procedimento operacional da empresa.
  • Auxiliar colaboradores recém contratados quando necessário.
  • Participar de ações internas ou externas do setor de perfumaria, voltadas pra atração de potenciais clientes.
  • Atualização constante: Manter-se atualizada sobre tendências de mercado, lançamentos de produtos e inovações.
  • Realizar cotações de preços dos concorrentes, quando solicitado.
  • Utilizar as redes sociais da empresa para divulgar os produtos e serviços, seguindo as orientações do setor de marketing.
  • Executar outras atividades correlacionadas, conforme necessidade da área ou da organização..
