O Grupo Reis Alves é uma rede de farmácias que nasceu em Dracena, interior de São Paulo, em agosto de 1994, atuando no varejo farmacêutico e criando um novo conceito de farmácias tendo como PROPOSTA cuidar do BEM-ESTAR, da BELEZA e da SAÚDE das pessoas.

O Auxiliar de estoque é responsável por receber, conferir e estocar mercadoria.

Ele atende requisições de transferências entre as lojas, bem como auxilia na realização da reposição de mercadorias na loja.

Competencias requeridas:

  • Atuar de forma ética, sigilosa e profissional, garantindo a confidencialidade das informações e o respeito às políticas internas da empresa.
  • Discliplina para seguir processos pré-definidos.
  • Ter atitude de lidar com detalhes. Trabalhando de forma minuciosa e precisa.
  • Interesse em adquirir novos conhecimentos, e aprender novas coisas.
  • Alto nível de proatividade, se antecipando aos problemas, agindo com antecedência para evitá-los. O conceito de iniciativa (tomar a frente do trabalho, ou iniciar tarefas) está dentro deste item, pois é condição fundamental para que alguém mostre atitude proativa.

Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar conferência fisica da mercadoria x nota fiscal na entrada no estoque.
  • Realizar recebimento de mercadorias e seu armazenamento.
  • Realizar separação e transferência para outras lojas, conforme informação do sistema.
  • Manter o estoque da loja organizado, seguindo o procedimento operacional padrão (medicamentos, conveniências).
  • Preparar produtos para envio ao cliente quando necessário.
  • Verificar a movimentação de estoque para providências (venda, disponibilidade em estoque x sistema, transferência).
  • Participar dos inventários gerais ou rotativos.
  • Auxiliar no processo de reposição de mercadoria.
  • Auxiliar no processo de prevenção de perdas das lojas, atuando no controle/verificação de validades ou possiveis avarias.
  • Executar outras atividades correlacionadas, conforme necessidade da área ou da organização.
