Essa pode ser a sua oportunidade de fazer parte do Grupo RPN!Estamos em busca de um(a) Assistente de Recrutamento e Seleção para apoiar a condução dos processos seletivos, garantindo organização, agilidade e qualidade nas entregas da área.O que você vai encontrar no Grupo RPN:✅ Um ambiente de trabalho dinâmico e colaborativo;✅ Equipe engajada e acolhedora;✅ Oportunidade de desenvolvimento e crescimento.Se você busca desenvolver sua carreira em Recrutamento e Seleção e quer atuar em um ambiente com desafios e aprendizado constante, venha crescer com a gente no Grupo RPN! 🚀Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar na condução dos processos seletivos, realizando triagem de currículos e agendamento de entrevistas;Conduzir entrevistas iniciais (individuais ou em grupo), alinhadas ao perfil da vaga;Realizar hunting ativo de candidatos, utilizando diferentes estratégias e ferramentas de busca;Fazer divulgação de vagas em canais secundários, ampliando o alcance das oportunidades;Realizar follow-up com candidatos e gestores, garantindo retorno e alinhamento das etapas do processo;Atualizar e manter relatórios e controles de vagas, garantindo visibilidade das informações para a supervisão;Apoiar no controle de indicadores da área, como volume de vagas, tempo médio de fechamento e taxa de aprovação;Auxiliar no fechamento das vagas, garantindo organização das etapas finais do processo;Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos de recrutamento e seleção;Garantir uma boa experiência para candidatos e gestores durante todo o processo seletivo.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara essa posição é necessário que você tenha:Ensino superior completo ou cursando em Recursos Humanos, Administração, Psicologia ou áreas correlatas;Interesse ou experiência prévia em Recrutamento e Seleção;Conhecimento básico do Pacote Office;Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;Organização e capacidade de lidar com múltiplas vagas e demandas;Perfil proativo e com boa gestão de tempo;Facilidade para trabalhar com processos e rotinas.É desejável que você possua:Experiência com triagem de currículos e agendamento de entrevistas;Vivência com plataformas de recrutamento (Gupy, LinkedIn, entre outras);Experiência com entrevistas iniciais ou condução de dinâmicas de grupo;Conhecimento em indicadores de R&S (tempo de fechamento, volume, etc.);Perfil comunicativo, organizado e com foco em experiência do candidato;Interesse em desenvolvimento na área de Recursos Humanos.Informações adicionais🤩 Benefícios:Assistência Médica (Coparticipação);Bônus Corporativo;Vale Refeição - R$ 35,00 por dia através da Flash Benefícios;Estacionamento Carro ou Moto (50% custeado pela empresa);Convênio com Faculdades Anhanguera e FAM (funcionário e dependentes);Convênio Farmácia;Convênio Odontológico;Seguro de Vida;Telemedicina Albert Einstein;Parceria com Open English;Convênio com o SESC: garante acesso a atividades de lazer, cultura, esportes, saúde e educação com preços acessíveis.
